I've received the enlarger. While I haven't had the chance to put it together
[To be honest I haven't opened all the boxes yet] one thing that is obvious
is the exterior of the bellows have what looks like mold. Would a dilute
bleach solution be okay? Other then that I guess the reflector isn't in the
best shape but hopefully good enough. It also came with a serious recessed
lensboard. Must be over 4" deep.

Nick

I think the lensboard is part of a 35mm adaptor kit.
I don't know what to do about mildewed leather. Try mild soap and water first, preferably saddle soap. You can get saddle soap at most grocery stores where they have the shoe polish. There is a fair amount of info on damaged leather on the Conservation On Line site at http://palimpsest.stanford.edu This is aimed mostly at book bindings but some is applicable to camera bellows.
I think you will have many hours of fun on these long winter evenings cleaning this antique.
