There is some evidence that the Presto films are Neopan 100 SS and Neopan=20 400. In other words, the older 100 film (not Acros) and the current (and= =20 very good) Neopan 400. I'm basing this on the Fujifilm pdf files that I've= =20 downloaded from various sites around the world over the last couple of=20 years. I was interested in trying the SS after Barrry Thornton's positive= =20 comments about it, but the local importer here (Australia) said that it=20 would be discontinued, so I didn't bother. If you look at sites that import film directly from Japan, you'll see=20 packaging that has "Neopan 400" and "Presto" on the same label, and Neopan= =20 1600 is called "Super Presto". I hasten to add that I have never seen it authoritatively stated that=20 Presto is another name for the Fuji films that are not Acros. =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D= =3D=3D At 03:47 PM 9/12/2004, you wrote: >Charlie Thorsten a =E9crit : > > --- Ryuji Suzuki <rs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > > >>From: "John Black" <jblack@xxxxxxxxx> > >> > >>>It is not a tab grain film as the only product of > >> > >>that type Fuji makes, I > >> > >>>think, is Acros which is ASA 100. > >> > >>Fujifilm makes more films than what's sold in North > >>America.
