Hello committee peeps,
Here you will find the minutes to the last meeting and action items. Peruse in
your own time for fun. Next meeting is currently scheduled for Thursday 28th
April, 7pm, Barry J Marshall Library. Any apologies, reports etc just send them
this way. Agenda will sent on the Sunday before so if there's something you
need added please send it before then. I imagine the concert is something that
will be talked about as we'll be a few weeks out by then so please make the
effort to come if you can *hinthint*.
Camp happened. Huzzah! Big thank you to all who helped out either during the
planning or on site things. You are all awesome and get virtual cookies. :)
Sarah sent an email to exec and Andrew a few days ago talking about ideas for
the second semester concert. I recommend having a look at it if you have some
spare time; the contents of it can be found in the third document (this email
would've been too long otherwise).
