Hello Jamie: We did to the search editted option in the media management
menu. That did not help. i don't have any Norton utilities software so that
is not an option.

Hello. We recorded something on the ptr1. Somehow when we were working with the files in the card reader on the computer the mp3 file got lost. When you open up the ncc file there is nothing there of course. Is there a way to recover this file. It was not in the recycle bin. Sharon

I have been looking for the disc that came with my ptr1 which contains the USB drivers, owner's manual, and RFB&D Quick Help Guide. Well, I have not found this disc as of yet and I was wondering if anyone on this list who has the ptr1 CD would mind making an ISO image of it and either uploading it to my FTP server or sending it to me via <yousendit.com>?
