I've not tried it specifically but, I think if you set the PTR2 to have the
card as the USB destination, and then link it to the Pocket using the USB
adaptor, you may get some success.
Unfortunately, I don't have a Pocket at home to try it out with to make
sure.
To set the USB destination, go to Control Panel and select "Switch USB
destination". Once you do this, it will force a restart. Do this before
trying to connect the Pocket.

Thanks for the word on the SDHC compatibility upgrade for the PTR2. I
was not aware of this change.
There is nothing in the manual for the PT Pocket advising users as to
how best they can transfer files between PTR2 and the Pocket or even
noting if it is or is not possible. I expect that it is possible --
even if you have to use the PC based software that comes with the PTR2
to accomplish it. By the way no such software comes on the CD delivered
with your Pocket. Does anyone know if adapters are available to take
the SDHC card from a Pocket and put it directly into a PTR2 and has
anyone yet tried it?
If this is possible it should definitely be added to the instructions.

That's unfortunatelly true. Short time ago they published an update for
PTR2
that enables the PTR2 to handle SDHCs. By request I get informed that
they
are not able (not willing) to build in this feature in a new firmware
for
the PTR1.
So I decide when my PTR1 is gone, I will not buy another Plextalk unit -
because this anoying experience!
