The latest server is on www.pskmail.org, in the stable part of the download
section.

Your configuration file looks good.

I have tried you table and I get the same issue with 1.4.12.

I am looking at the code right now and there is an issue with PSK250 not
being in the table of allowable modes. Maybe it has not switched to the
alternate table..I need to do some more forensic work, but I am getting
there. Bear with me...
