I upgraded FLDigi and pskmail client but I cannot connect using
THOR22. The server is barely starting to send before the client is
resending. The client seems to retry every 3 seconds which is not
enough time for my server to get up and going.

The timing has been optimized for THOR22 (and also PSK250).
You may want to test that, it works fine here with PI4TUE, it allows
me to use PSKmail with 1 Watt (20 km on 10148.0).
