[pskmail] Server mode scan, slight change

Hi,
I just found a slight problem with the scanner, I wanted to set
DOMINOEX16 for 80 meters but nothing happened. Line 1913 of
rflinkserver.pl was: return # temporarily
If you are running a server and you would like it to change modes during
scan then you will have to remove line 1913 of rflinkserver.pl.
I will submit this to svn.
