[pskmail] Server live CD: autostart strategy

The server live CD has been running on the Dell through the night, and
everything is still ok. Tnx Per, nice job!!
Regarding autostart of the server we could copy the strategy I have used
for the TLF live CD:
At boot time copy a file pskmailperm.tar.gz from one of the external
devices (TLF looks at USB, Floppy and /dev/hda1 (even if that is a
windows partition), to the home dir and untar it.
Run the netconfig.pl script as root.
As the pskmailperm.tar.gz is not on the CD it can be easily changed.
The pskmailperm.tar.gz includes the rflinkserver.pl and arq.pm scripts,
so it is easy to update them without burning a new CD. Just copy the new
updated scripts over the old ones and use saveit.pl to generate a new
pskmailperm.tar.gz. The net.config.pl script is also included, as well
as saveit.pl itself.
This strategy has worked well for TLF.
