New features:
* MAIL/scanning mode sends connect requests in sync with a scanning
server. You can set the channel with the 'Beacon minute' in the options
dialogue.
* Client can now download binary files from the server.
You can list the files with ~LISTFILES.
Download the file with ~GETBIN file
The file will be delivered in the ~/mail/downloads directory.
Transfer is gzipped and base64, the file is automatically unpacked on
reception.
