[pskmail] New ham_puppy CD v. 1.3

The ham_puppy CD has been updated to client version 0.7.
Gpsd and gpsdrive were added.
Download at the regular repository (puppy directory).
The ham_puppy CD is a bit larger than the pskmail_client CD (125 MB vs. 112
MB),
so you may need > 256 MB ram to run it live without leaving the CD in the drive.
It will help if you have a linux swap partition :)
