On the wiki, it clearly says 'CENTER FREQUENCY'.

I have written a FAQ page about radio tuning
(http://pskmail.wikispaces.com/FAQ+Radio)
which explains why mentioning Dial frequencies does NOT work.
I really don't know what more I can do...

PSK125 does NOT work with AFC off!!!

The effect you get is that very short frames (pings) come through and
with longer frames the end of the frame is not decoded properly.

We have changed fldigi in such a way that AFC is limited to some 20 Hz either
side of
the sweet spot, which means that you must hit the server frequency quite
accurately.
It is ok if you change the frequency in 10 Hz steps, the AFC will cope with
that, and not loose
sync when you do it.
