And worse still, that such an act could bring down the WL2K network. All the time and money to make those servers hardened only to fail due to this. I hope no one has put all of their eggs into one basket here. I hope everyone has a back up plan and has been practicing it. FYI - NBEMS / fldigi / pskmail is a really good alternative. It is much more flexible and less expensive to implement. It can also be set up on a whim, without the need for someone to "authorize" you to connect to their "hardened network infrastructure".
