And I am not a bit surprised that there is not a mention of it on their web
site.
How embarrassing, that someone forgot to renew the domain for something so
important. And worse still, that such an act could bring down the WL2K network.
All the time and money to make those servers hardened only to fail due to this.
I hope no one has put all of their eggs into one basket here. I hope everyone
has a back up plan and has been practicing it.
FYI - NBEMS / fldigi / pskmail is a really good alternative. It is much more
flexible and less expensive to implement. It can also be set up on a whim,
without the need for someone to "authorize" you to connect to their "hardened
network infrastructure".
