Hi All, I thought I remember before that JPSKMail (older versions) worked with a Mac OS X that uses Java. I am questioning whether there were any changes with the client because I cannot run it on my end. I am testing out if an "older" Mac feasible to for various ham radio applications other then a Linux netbox. The netbook doesn't have any problem running jPSKMail though... The errors I am getting are the following (I am running java -jar javapskmail.jar on the console): Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Bad version number in .class file at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass1(Native Method) at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClass(ClassLoader.java:676) at java.security.SecureClassLoader.defineClass(SecureClassLoader.java:124) at java.net.URLClassLoader.defineClass(URLClassLoader.java:260) at java.net.URLClassLoader.access$100(URLClassLoader.java:56) at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:195) at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method) at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:188) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:317) at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:280) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:252) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClassInternal(ClassLoader.java:375) If anyone has any suggestions on what to do, that would be appreciated. Otherwise, its not a big deal. I probably will end up dedicating my current Linux netbook (Asus eeePC 900) for it and for "other" purposes, might consider something a little bit better but still about the same size. Thanks. 73 Josh, AB9FT
