There is a new alpha version 0.8.9 which fixes the Frequency offset bug. It also enables frequency control when fldigi is running on a different machine. Rigctl in the client is via fldigi. Be sure to enable Xmlrpc control in the config->Rig tab on fldigi, and arrange fldigi to do the cat control....
