Hello Jan, i had also this problems. Probably in your system are not installed libsamplerate libraries. Try installing these 2 packages: ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/atrpms.net/el5-i386/atrpms/stable/libsamplerate-0.1.4-1.el5.i386.rpm ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/atrpms.net/el5-i386/atrpms/stable/libsamplerate-devel-0.1.4-1.el5.i386.rpm probably will be necessary also to install these 2 libsndfile libraries: ftp://ftp.univie.ac.at/systems/linux/dag/redhat/el5/en/i386/dag/RPMS/libsndfile-1.0.17-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm ftp://ftp.univie.ac.at/systems/linux/dag/redhat/el5/en/i386/dag/RPMS/libsndfile-devel-1.0.17-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm If you are using the binary and also installing these packages don't work, you must to install the fldigi.tag.gz and compile in your machine. To compile it you must to have installed the fltk package: http://ftp.easysw.com/pub/fltk/1.1.9/fltk-1.1.9-source.zip To compile fltk use: ./configure --enable-threads make make install To compile fldigi use: ./configure --enable-threads make make install 73 Roberto IS0GRB On Sun, 28 Sep 2008 11:41:43 +0200, pa3gjx wrote > Hello > > Tried many solutions but still can not find why fldigi would not > work.
