[pskmail] Beacon clashes

Hi
My beacon may be clashing with DL4OAH or another station.
I have seen QSL replies for SM0RWO straight after my beacon but no qsl
for me. If I force a pos soon after I get a QSL.
I have tried changing the second but my Beacon still seems to go at
about the 20 second mark.
And I can find nowhere to change the minute the beacon goes out at.
Mine seems to be fixed at :26 and :46
