[pskmail] Android Pskmail Client Update

Good progress on the Android client application:
- Receiving and sending of compressed emails and web pages is now working
perfectly (uncompressed was working already).
- screens for modem (like the monitoring window in the PC version), mail
headers (based on latest QTC request), APRS (displays only the APRS
exchanges), and terminal (similar to the main terminal screen on the PC
version). These include the appropriate buttons similar to the PC version.
- Last but not least, after some bug hunting: All modes from PSK31 to PSK500
are now usable for connecting and sending APRS messages with RSID. It even
connects to the latest server (V1.4.3).
Left to-do before a beta release:
- screen for requesting informations (news, server frequencies, repeaters,
camping locations, web pages etc...)
- screen for showing the messages stored in the inbox
- add the new STOP function
- Auto link and auto beacon.
So all in all it is going well.
