We have not yet published the PDF for all the different English books yet.
Although the infrastructure is almost ready to build them automagically
(just like with the ebook versions), there are still some issues that we
did not get around to fix them completely.
If I recall correctly, the most important error is related to pagination
(sometimes end of sectiosn break in half in the end of a page) and some
missing elements that do not get "presented" in the files.
If you want to take a look at them, I uploaded PDF version for all books a
long time ago. They are available at http://www.projectaon.org/staff/javier/

I just started playing these books, and adore them. I noticed that there
is only a PDF / printable version for Book 1.
Is there any way I can help make PDF versions of Books 2+?
I don't have Adobe tools, but you can make a PDF from a Word Doc these
days, so I think I can lend a hand.
Let me know if this is already in progress, or if I can be of some help.
