I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Frequent reboots don't escape our attention, and the reboots of your server have definitely been something our admins have been looking into. We keep a list of all the servers which have been rebooted excessively, and assign them as personal projects to each admin to troubleshoot and stabilize. We'll find out whether there's a hardware issue, or just another user monopolizing resources, and we'll get it fixed up...but rest assured, we're not content to just kick it every time it goes down.
