Thank you for asking for clarification of the terms of the Project Aon
License.
While providing links to the Project Aon website is permissible (and
much appreciated!), the license *explicitly forbids *embedding Project
Aon content within frames inside of another website:
/... Redistribution includes but is not limited to displaying the
Internet Editions within the graphical representation of an Internet
site other than the Distribution Point. This prohibition includes
but is not limited to the use of HTML ‘frames’.... (Project Aon
