At the Pensei armory, (see section 113), it says that there is a Bow that
gives +1 CS.
However, this is contrary to the standard game rules saying that a bow
cannot be used when in hand-to-hand combat.
Is this unintentional? If so, this shouldn't be the case. Some have
interpreted this as adding 1 more to the score when firing an arrow (e.g
when firing at Mooldor later on)
Hopefully let's get this clarified.

It should be the other way around, if you look at both sections. It's
still the same after publication.
