Hi
After fixing a number of footnotes across the NO books based on the CE
of Book 21, Book 22-specific issues are the following:
86, 269: These creatures are especially susceptible to all forms of
psychic attack: double all bonuses if you possess Kai-surge and elect to
use it. [PA Footnote: As the Kholo is ‘especially susceptible to all
forms of psychic attack’, it seems reasonable that you may double all
bonuses conferred by the use of Mindblast as well.]
MK Resolution: These creatures are especially susceptible to all forms
of psychic attack: double all bonuses if you possess Kai-surge and elect
to use it, or Mindblast.
[so: Quibble: Do we need the comma before "or Mindblast"?]
This will reduce the number of footnotes in Book 22 to 6 (from 14!).
