In order to remove the same small illustration being in consecutive or near-consecutive sections, the following placements should be removed (though I can't say it actually bothers me). These proposed changes were found via the flowchart: <http://www.projectaon.org/test/en/svg/fw/01hh.svgz> 

Small 2: Remove from 160, 315
Small 3: Remove from 111, 180, 208, 288
Small 9: Remove from 135
Small 12: Remove from 93
These proposals should fix that issue, bringing us closer to publication. Comments welcomed.
