there have been some cases where microwaves affect wifi ( http://news.techworld.com/mobile-wireless/115687/wi-fi-signals-disrupted-by-microwave-ovens/). theres a microwave in the room next to this one but ive never had problems. but then again maybe thats because its not in the signals path? ::shrug::
