Graphic designers use stock photos all the time for elements in their design,
there are numerous sources for Royalty Free Stock photos. There aren't rights
issues, they can't sue for using the stock photos.
Sorry if I set a bad tone...=( Didn't mean to cause worry. I understand rights
issues and that this is hopefully gonna launch on XBLA, so we don't want people
looking at it and going holy crap, they stole that.
Let me know if you have other concerns, and I will do what ever you want.
