Press Insert+F2, select Configuration Manager and press enter.
Press Control+Shift+D to open default.jcf file.
Press alt+S to go to Settings menu, then K for Keyboard settings
Press Control+Tab to go to the second page.

Now the focus is in a list box with different keys. Select control and press
space to mute it, then select shift and do the same.

After you finish, push the OK button, then press control+S to save, then alt+F4
to close Configuration Manager.
