I no longer have the URL, but there is a list/newsletter out there for adaptive
gamers and game creators, if you go to:

you should be able to track down the current address of Audyssey Magazine
which deals with games for the visually impaired, the site's resources page
is of assistance to game builders as well, and I have some materials on my
website at:

I have a great interest in this area myself, with a batch of games outlined,
but I am not a good enough programmer to do anything other than the most basic
game, and that is taking me years to work out (game 1 is still under
construction).
