We Development: Looking for a web host for a new site

Hi guys,
I'm planning to start a user site for a hardware device and am looking
for a reliable, friendly web host. The site is planned around a
Wiki-style arrangment where authorized users can post articles on the
site.
The requirements are:
Site:
* Needs to be usable by mobile devices, mostly by cell phone browsers.
* Support a useful content management system and a wiki-stuyle content editing.
Web host:
* Offers at least 1 GB of web space around 3 to 5 dollars a month.
* Reputed to be friendly (tech support, site builder and so on) for
blind developers like myself and others.
* Allows hosting more than one site with the user account.
Thanks. If you have any pointers for web hosts, that'll be great (the
rest like content development, I can do it).
