Yep this seems to be the case. I'm confused... :) I read Julian Smart's
article on accessibility in WX located at:
http://www.wxwidgets.org/docs/tutorials/access.htm
but in the build I have the appropriate value is set to 0 and it seems to
have no effect.
This is not important to be honest I was just satisfying a curiosity.
