This is normally caused by the windows transparency setting. I can't
remember where it is at but we just installed vs 2010 in the office and Jaws
couldn't read the file dialog till the transparency setting was changed.

Well, just tested it on my 32 bit windows7 machine, with current beta of
jaws 12, and the express version of C# VS 2010, and it reads menus fine to
me...?

Only thing can think of off-hand is maybe the express version as opposed to
full VS version...?

Stay well

Hello,

I think the installation of Jaws 12 beta on my windows 7 64-bit computer
made the menus in VS 2010 inaccessible. When I press alt-f for instance Jaws
does not announce anything. I had a similar problem a while ago on a windows
xp computer after I installed an update to windows. The update was supposed
to make the computer faster using UI-components.
