Hi, can you give me a hand with this? I need to convert three special characters into Iso compadible characters using Perl, but I'm having a real difficult time figuring out how.
These are the special characters - ' . And I need to conver these to the following characters instead, - ' ... Can you help me out with this? Googling this isn't getting me anywhere.
