Romanian speech synthesis.

Hi there,
I am working on a piece of software that must, under the terms of an EU
contract, be localised into several European languages; one of which is
Romanian. I'm afraid I know nothing about this language, or indeed the best
speech synthesiser to use. Unfortunately, neither does the Romanian
colleague on this project. Is there a reasonably good, SAPI speech
synthesiser for Romanian? I reckoned that if any collection of people would
have the answer you guys would so here's hoping. :-)
