I understand that the HTML view of Dreamweaver is accessible. They may have
improved its other areas since I found this out.

I have been using Arachnophilia version 4 to convert Word documents into
.html code. They are getting DreamWeaver here at work so I am wondering
how accessible it is with JAWS? Also, how does it compare to
Arachnophilia?
I am using JFW Version 8 and Windows XP
