Composit VB.net 2008 And Windoweyes Tutorial

Here is the final Beginners Tutorial with an index, reference urls to msdn
documents and other stuff.
It superceeds all other VB.net 2008 Articles I have produced and includes them
all in a single indexed article.
Anyone is welcome to use it however they want including putting it up anyplace
on the net.
It is a single text file which I zipped up to keep the size down.
If you find any errors in it let me know so I can fix them. I hope it isn't too
long.
