Braille Blaster error

I just downloaded and tried running Braille Blaster on 32-bit Windows Vista with Java 1.6. I used the command 


java -jar brailleblaster.jar

I get the following error message:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Cannot load 64-bit SWT libraries on 32-bit JVM
