Any thoughts on nsbasic for symbian accessibility?

Hi all,
Has anyone tried nsbasic for Symbian from http://www.nsbasic.com? If yes, is
it accessible?
Nsbasic seems to be akin to visual basic if I am reading the marketing
literature correctly.
