I was able to at least read things in early versions of XML Spy with Window-Eyes. It was using mostly standard Windows controls. I'm not sure about its current state. Its screen is very cluttered; it is probably analogous to any other integrated development environment. You may be able to work with it if you can clear enough things out of the way. Also, I think you will benefit from right-clicking on some items when you're not sure what they can do.
