Hi: I'm not sure but I know Visual Studio works with those file types and might have facilities for working in them.

Subject: Accessible XSD and XML manipulation tools.

Hi All.

One of the software packages we have written is just about to switch
over to XML style configuration files. Does anyone know of any tools
which are accessible for writing, viewing and validating XML files and
schemers?

Thanks for any info.
Nick.
