Accessibility of Cognos

Hi,
I was told that our team is taking over a certain application that uses Cognos. 
 Can anyone tell me if this software is accessible to screen readers? JFW in 
particular.

The official names of the tools are as follows:

Cognos 8 BI Framework Manager
Cognos 8 BI Report Studio

FYI: BI = "Business Intelligence"
