Hi Marvin,
I don't know about the license needed in visualstudio to access the
modelling tools, but I am certain that you won't be able to use them with
screen reader. Is it neccessary to use that tool or can you do the modelling
using PlatnUml? I hope the instructor is interested in you make a good model
than knowing an inaccessible tool.

Hi.
Need to do an assignment for my programming course.
Need to do state, use, case, class and sequence diagrams.
Will the modelling tools in visual studio community work, and or do I need
the ultimate, pro or enterprise version.
