[program-l] vb question

hi.
have tried looking online.
but cannot seem to find what i am looking for.
i have an application, which is a text editor.
i have two forms, with two sets of menus on them.
i have the menus in the first form.
but cannot see or hear the other menu items, using jaws, and routing the
jaws cursur.
so i would like to merge the menus, and have all the menus in the main form.
and to bring them into from the second form.
am i making sense?
so how do i do this in code.
and also would like to sort the menus.
if any one can help.
have searched and looked online.
but could not seem to find any thing using google, and trawling through
about 50 pages.
i gave up.
can any one help?
