Hi,
It has been some time since I pushed an update to Developer toolkit. I am
working with the developer of Mozilla enhancements to create a future-proof
solution for our addons not having the ability to coexist. Despite painful
attempts on both of us, we are at a dead standstill until a solution can be
found. The problem is in how NVDA manages and loads addons. If you want to show
your support for Developer toolkit and Mozilla enhancements along with others
to come, make your comments in the following bug report:

We are still working on a quick fix until NVDA can fix the problem.
