Programming tutorials are particularly ill-suited for audio given all the
punctuation and such is so important.
If you had trouble following video courses, which I could imagine, what
you'll want to do is follow text-based tutorials like books or blog
articles. Outside of the blind community audio is rarely used for this kind
of courses, for good reason as it'd be incredibly tedious both to make as
well as consume.
After all, reading text with TTS is in a sense an audio tutorial as well,
so I would say try that, instead.

Please google before asking in a forum or mailing list and we all know
