You mean you checked prefer xml editor in settings\editor\layout editor and it
doesn’t work?

hi all
i'm now starting to learn android development using android studio and when i
try to open the layout file to edit the XML code the screen reader says pannel
or design tab and nothing is readible
the android studio is unabled to be used with the screen reader but the problem
is in this part
i found something in the internet about making a checkbox in the settings check
about preferred XML edit but it doesn't appear. how i can make it appear or how
i can get into it
