[program-l] making something boot up?

Hay list,
I am working on just a test program, I thought it would be cool, to make a
command line, just to open, then I could add things to it later, to run, at
startup.
Does anyone have any idea, how I would go about booting into it? I want to
put it on cd or something, and have it ran like that.
Thanks,
Tyler Littlefield.
