[program-l] looking for game sounds and free music

Hello:
I know i've asked this before, but I never really got anywhere. I don't
have $20+ to drop on music, but I want to start working with game
development. Is there some sort of free sounds (of a decent quality),
and some free music I wouldn't have to pay for I could use?
