Effectively, it's to do with a code editor specifically put together to
initially at least be a form of teaching aid/tool for teaching young
students to learn python.
Secondly, Mu does seem relatively usable - just gave it a quick go -
and, if not perfect, does seem to offer specific forms of learning
material, forms of intellisense, etc.:
