Hello Yuma,
WxPython?  Thus  you  could develop cross-platform accessible apps, it
seem. Not tested it on a Mac, though, since I'm not an Apple guy :).

Subject: [program-l] accessible UI python package for mac os

      Hey all,

Just wondering if you know the best UI package I can use for mac os.

I am doing a lot of automation work using python, and would like to start
unifying all of this without resorting to cross language communication between
mac os's standard Ui and python UI. That way my tools can be accessed from
windows/linux too.

ANy help greatly appreciated
