I chose build from the build menu. I did not know of ctrl+shift+b.

hmmmmm. have you built the project by pressing control+shift+b and then 
worked with the deployment to compile it?

I ask this since it seems that the other pages and dll files are not 
included in the setup file so they may not be built prior to you bundling 
the deployment.?
